Regina Madalena of Durham, North Carolina, is the lucky Kim Harrison fan who received the pair of Dansko Penelope boots shown on the cover of Blood Work, Kim’s graphic novel set in her Hollows universe. Regina entered a Unbound Worlds contest to receive a signed copy of Blood Work (she’s holding it here) and the boots, and says she can’t wait to wear them when the weather turns just a tad cooler….
Blood Work debuted at #1 on the New York Times graphic novel bestseller list and has stayed on that list for the last six weeks! If you’d like to see some of the interior art, you can find it here on Kim’s website. The sequel, Blood Crime, will be published in 2012.
